I could say I've been "designing" since I was 13, having taken art for almost 7 years, and I think that's what led me here. My product design journey started in 2020 and, six years later (wow), here I am.

What I love about design is the versatility of it, breaking problems down into layers that touch so many different fields at once. I don't just think of myself as a designer, but as an innovator, a conversationalist, a team player, and a storyteller. Design has taught me that nothing is one dimensional, if you look closely, you'll always find the parts that make something what it is, or the missing pieces needed to make it whole (clearly in another life I'd be Shakespeare).

I've worked across teams, collaborating with designers, PMs, engineers, and researchers to shape and create systems for the people that use them. I've leveraged AI and used systems thinking to create meaningful solutions, and I'm always looking for what's next.

Outside of all this I think one something I value a lot is building connections with the people I work with. I really believe that it's the people you work with that makes what you do enjoyable, so yes, I'll be there for a team social, a quick chat over lunch and getting sidetracked in a 1:1 until we remember what we came on the call for.
